BrandStudios, Inc. (“BrandStudios.ai”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the informational website at https://www.brandstudios.ai and the associated waitlist (the “Services”). This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your options.

1. What We Collect

We keep collection minimal for our landing page and waitlist.

• Waitlist form: full name and email address (both required) plus any optional details you choose to share (e.g., company, team size, goals). We also store a hashed IP address and user-agent in metadata to protect the service from abuse.
• Communications: information you include when contacting us.
• Demo request form: full name, work email, and company (required), along with any optional role or message details you provide. We collect hashed IP address and user-agent metadata to manage rate limiting, audit activity, and send follow-up emails.
• Usage data: page views, referring URLs, and device/browser information.
• Logs: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps).
• First‑party analytics: events sent to our /api/analytics endpoint (event type, page path, element IDs, optional metadata, user agent, IP address) and a first‑party session_id cookie that is set only after you consent to analytics.

2. How We Use Information

• Operate, maintain, and secure the website and waitlist.
• Send updates you request (waitlist confirmations and product announcements).
• Schedule demos, respond to requests, and send related marketing communications.
• Measure engagement to improve site performance and plan product offerings.
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Comply with law and enforce agreements.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross‑context behavioral advertising.

3. How We Share Information

We share information with trusted service providers acting on our behalf and under contract, including Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting/infra), Google (Analytics/Tag Manager), and Resend (email). We may also share with professional advisors, successors in a corporate transaction, and authorities when legally required.

4. Data Retention

• Waitlist submissions: retained until you unsubscribe or we no longer need them.
• Demo request submissions: retained as needed to coordinate demos and ongoing communications.
• First-party analytics (including session_id): up to 12 months.
• Google Analytics data: per Google's default retention (typically 14 months).
• Email delivery logs: retained as needed for reliability and compliance.

5. Cookies & Tracking

We gate analytics behind consent. Until you accept, we set Google consent mode to denied and do not send analytics events or set analytics cookies, including oursession_id cookie.

Manage cookies in your browser settings. GA opt‑out: Google Analytics Opt‑out. We currently do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals due to the lack of a consistent industry standard.

6. California Disclosures

California residents can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, and details about disclosures for business purposes. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross‑context behavioral advertising.

7. Your Choices

• Emails: unsubscribe from any message or contact prompt@brandstudios.ai.
• Access/Deletion: email prompt@brandstudios.ai.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (HTTPS, secure storage, limited access). No system is perfectly secure. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.

9. Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy over time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest change. If changes are material, we will provide additional notice.
