These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BrandStudios.ai informational website and waitlist (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service is operated by BrandStudios, Inc., a California corporation ("BrandStudios.ai", "we," or "us"). The Service currently consists of a public landing page and a voluntary waitlist form for product updates.

2. Eligibility

• You agree to provide accurate information when submitting the waitlist form.

3. Waitlist & Demo Requests

• Joining the waitlist registers your interest; admission or timing is not guaranteed.
• Submitting the demo request form provides your name, work email, and company so we can coordinate a session; role and message fields are optional.
• We contact you with confirmations, scheduling details, and product or marketing announcements. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time.
• You may request removal from the waitlist or demo pipeline by contacting us.

4. Acceptable Use

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, compromise, or gain unauthorized access to any systems.
• Do not scrape or harvest data beyond personal use of the site.

5. AI Content

Any illustrative AI‑generated content we display for marketing or demonstration purposes is provided for informational use only and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for any decisions or actions taken in reliance on such content.

6. Intellectual Property

• BrandStudios.ai owns the Service and its content (designs, text, graphics, trademarks).
• You retain rights to any submissions you send us and grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use them to operate and improve the Service.

7. Third‑Party Services

The Service uses third‑party providers (e.g., Supabase, Vercel, Google Analytics, Resend). Their services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRANDSTUDIOS.AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BrandStudios.ai and its personnel from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time. You may request removal from the waitlist by contacting us. Sections 6–13 survive termination.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by California law. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date above reflects the latest change.
